Nature of Employment: Full-time Permanent Job
Wage Rate: $18.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Business Address: PO BOX:308, 1061 Main Street, Dorset, Ontario, P0A 1E0 On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules Requisition food and kitchen supplies Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Supervise and check assembly of trays Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Establish work schedules
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
