Responsibilities Tasks Providing personal care and assistance with all daily living activities. Plan, prepare and feed her nutrition meals. Assist her with bathing, dressing and grooming. Accompany her to doctor’s appointments. Helping her to take her medications at the correct time and reporting any irregularities. Providing companionship and emotional support. Also performing light housekeeping tasks.
